What is covered by my free delivery?

Free delivery is only available to the UK mainland. (* T&C APPLY to islands, Scottish isles/highlands)
Scottish highlands and islands deliveries are free under 2kg.

Prices vary for Europe and world Wide deliveries. (see table below)

Delivery Info

Fighters Only will take every effort to get you goods to you as efficiently and effectively as possible. All orders placed before 3:00pm will be shipped on the day of ordering (subject to payment authorization and availability). Any items, which are out of stock, will be shipped as soon as your order is complete or as they become available.

There are a number of different methods of delivery available on our website. Delivery prices will vary according to the delivery address, delivery method, size, weight and value of the goods to be shipped.

Goods delivered by means of Free Post will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class if less than 2kg. If over 2kg items will be sent using a 48hr courier service. However delivery could possibly takelonger, for which we are not liable. Once dispatched, goods are in the hands of the courier and out of our control.

Postal Upgrades

This is all subject to change and we shall not be liable for delays caused by matters out of our control.

If delivery addresses do not seem correct or legitimate then we may not send the goods. If this is to happen then the item will come up as canceled on your order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

It depends on the weight of your order. If your order is small, light and inexpensive, it will be delivered by Royal Mail Second Class post (no signature needed), however it is small and expensive, you will then have to sign for the item. For larger, heavier items we will use a courier service to deliver your order, between 8am and 8pm, which requires a signature. In these circumstances it is advisable to have the order delivered to wherever you will be during working hours so you can sign for the parcel. 

Here at Fighters Only we have no way of giving you a time for delivery, however if your parcel is sent using DPD they will usually SMS on the day of delivery to give you an estimated delivery time. (SMS notification is not applicable for all locations in the UK. Check DPD website for more info.)

What if I am not available to collect my parcel?

If no one is present to sign for your goods, a card will be left with the option to collect your parcel from a local depot or have it re-dispatched at a convenient time. Please note this may cause a delay in you receiving the goods. If you are not present at the delivery address DPD may take a signature from a colleague or neighbour as proof of delivery.

My order has been dispatched but I have not received it yet?

Tracking information can be found for your order in the My Account section and via the Order Tracking page as soon as your order has been dispatched. You will also receive these details by e-mail. However you will only be able to track your parcel if it is being transported by DPD using a tracking number.

*** Royal Mail sign for parcels can not be tracked and the signiture is only required as proof of delivery. ***

If your order has been sent via Royal Mail Second Class post, but you have not received it, we are obliged to wait 14 days from the date of dispatch before Royal Mail will consider the parcel lost and we can therefore re-send your order and claim for the loss.

Why have I been charged postage on my phone order?

Fighters Only reserves the right to charge postage different to that on the web if you order over the phone. This is due to staff costs. The postage shown on the web does not apply to telephone orders.

BFPO

This shipping method is available for British Forces Posted Overseas and addresses only. Shipping is as with all other UK mailing but please check to see that the size and weight of your order does not exceed maximums for your BFPO destination number by checking with BFPO http://www.bfpo.org.uk

*** Please note that once we have shipped the item and handed over to the BFPO service we have fulfilled our contract and delivery responsibility.  All queries and problems with delivery must be taken up by yourself with BFPO and any claims must be handled between yourself and them. ***

VAT Exempt

If this applies to you, the price you will pay for the goods will automatically be adjusted to remove the VAT element. You can also avoid paying VAT if you are having your goods sent to you in the UK, but are taking the goods abroad permanently within 3 months of making the purchase. You will have to pay the VAT with your order but by following the steps outlined you can reclaim the VAT content from us.

In this case you can request a VAT Reclaim form from us (just add a note requesting this at our checkout screen). We will complete the relevant parts of this form before sending it to you with your goods. You will then take the form with you and the goods when you leave the UK and you should ask customs to fill in their section of the form at the airport, ferry terminal or channel tunnel when you leave the country.

When you reach your destination outside the EU, you can then send the completed form back to us and we will refund the VAT amount charged to the credit or debit card details you have filled in on the reclaim form.
